During the Summer of 2008 we used your product Coat'N'Cool on the roof and exterior air/heat duct work of our mobile home in parker, Arizona. The outside temperature during the summer months usually reaches 105 - 115 F. Enclosed is a review of our energy use created by APS, our utility company. The table and chart compare our 2008 use to 2007. Coat'N'Cool was applied during July and August, so we were there more often than usual. This explains the higher usage in 2008 for those months. September represents the best month to compare the same amount of time we use our mobile home and it is also one of the hottest months. The air conditioner is on 24-7! It was noted that the air conditioner is now cycling on/off more and the inside temperature is 3 to 4 lower than it was ever able to reach before, when it was running constantly. The months of September, October and November show a 30% decrease in electricity usage. December usage remains the same for heating.
It is important to note that the roof was previously painted a bright white: Therefore, we conclude that Coat'N'Cool is definitely working to lower the temperature and energy costs for our mobile home in Parker, Arizona. We definitely recommend the use of Coat'NCool in desert communities

My home was painted in 2007 with Coat N Cool: I am extremely pleased with the results of the Coat N Cool. During summer the difference of the temperature is 25% cooler and winter 20% warmer. Thank you for recommending Coat “N” Cool for our building. The office section of the roof has been completed for about 9 months. Our Tenant has reported increased air conditioning efficiency particularly on hot days and in the late afternoon when the air conditioning had difficulty keeping the office areas cool.
While they have informed us that they are moving out, on a recent inspection the product still looks good. We are considering completing the entire roof, but are waiting until we are sure of the environmental needs of the new tenant that will be occupying the entire space.
