Radiant heat can travel through a building’s roof and walls until it is reflected or absorbed. R-Value insulation such as foam or fiberglass, act to slow the flow of heat from hot to cooler areas, but do not stop it. This is where Coat ‘N’ Cool HMS comes in. It reflects and dissipates radiant heat, stopping it from entering in the first place. Coat ‘N’ Cool HMS reflects up to 84% of the Sun’s heat, resulting in a net cooling effect.
